You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phferry may result in account suspension.
phferry currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phferry reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on phferry is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phferry account balance upon confirmation of receipt. phferry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests from verified phferry accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phferry reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phferry does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
phferry is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. phferry reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Funds deposited on phferry must originate from legitimate sources owned by the registered account holder.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. phferry reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

phferry reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if phferry determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire automatically and be removed from your phferry account balance without notice. phferry is not obligated to provide reminders regarding bonus expiry.

In no event shall phferry's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phferry account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phferry shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service provider failures.
phferry reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity. Upon termination for cause, phferry may forfeit any remaining account balance in accordance with applicable law.
You may close your phferry account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phferry Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent phferry from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
phferry reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phferry will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.
Your continued use of the phferry Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
